Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Personalized and engraved items may require additional processing time of 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout based on your items, order weight, and delivery address. Economy shipping is available for products in our General shipping profile. Delivery time is additional to production time.

Local Pickup In-store pickup is available at no charge. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@decandvale.com.
