Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Personalized and engraved items may require additional processing time of 2–5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.00.

Local Pickup In-store pickup is available at no charge. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — please contact us for inquiries.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@decandvale.com.
