How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.  

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package.

Can I personalize my items?
Yes! Many of our products offer custom engraving and personalization options. Look for the personalization fields on product pages.

What materials are your products made from?
We use premium materials including natural slate, stainless steel, and quality metals for our jewelry. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you have any concerns. Note that personalized items may not be eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are delivered digitally via email and can be used for any purchase on our site. They never expire.

Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?
